For Survivors

Survivors to Superheroes began with our desire to provide education and resources for young survivors. Whether you have just been the victim of a sexual assault or you are many years into your healing, we want to offer you as many resources and as much information as possible . You may be seeking practical help in healing from the physical, emotional, and sexual trauma that come with sexual violence, or in navigating the complexties of the medical or legal systems. We are especially aware that many young survivors, including members of our staff, belong to groups that are particularly at risk for becoming victims of sexual violence, and we want to offer specific resources and information for those survivors. Loved ones may also find these pages useful in helping you to be more effective and educated in supporting the survivors in your lives. Our organization operates in both the United States and Canada, so some of our resources will be specific to your country, state, or province or territory. Much of our information, though, is more general and will apply to the experiences of all survivors. We hope that you find what you need on these pages and invite you to return here as you travel through your journey back to health, well-being, and peace.

If you or your loved one is in crisis, or if you just need to speak to a trained, confidential adult, we encourage you to contact:
